Schedule/Hours:
- Three to four 12-hour night shifts per week
- 36 to 48-hour weekly guarantee
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with behavioral health and addiction disorders in an acute setting
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized patient treatment plans
- Maintain safety through crisis prevention interventions and de-escalation techniques
Qualifications/Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in an acute behavioral health setting
- Current Pennsylvania nursing license required
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or willingness to obtain
