Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive school-based speech-language evaluations, conduct assessments, and manage IEPs.
• Provide direct therapy to students across one or two campuses, ensuring a positive impact on communication skills.
• Supervise and mentor an on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), supporting their growth and maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to develop effective treatment plans and foster student success.
• Complete a blend of direct service and indirect administrative duties each week, with paid prep and meeting time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Current Oregon State SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date.
• Must be able to work on-site at least four days per week; the fifth day may be remote for administration.
• Previously cleared or willing to complete fingerprinting and background checks prior to beginning the assignment.
• Ability to provide direct supervision to an SLPA is essential. (This position does not support Clinical Fellow [CF] candidates at this time.)
