Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Easton, MD

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
• Prior experience or training in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement IEP goals and monitor progress through detailed documentation
• Provide consultative support for teachers and family members to enhance student outcomes
