Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Second Shift
• Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm – 11:00pm

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program or equivalent.
• Current certification with ARRT (MR) or eligible to obtain.
• Valid BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and imaging software.
• Excellent patient interaction and communication skills.
• Previous experience in MRI imaging in a healthcare setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures according to safety and imaging standards.
• Operate MRI scanners to capture diagnostic images as ordered by physicians.
• Screen patients carefully, reviewing medical history and verifying physician orders to ensure patient safety.
• Explain procedures, address patient concerns, and maintain a calm and comfortable environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols including proper use of PPE, MRI zone precautions, and infection control measures.
• Document imaging procedures accurately in patient records and maintain imaging equipment in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care delivery.
