This position involves working in a dynamic setting that supports minimally invasive cardiovascular interventions using advanced imaging technology. The role is contract-based, offering a 13-week assignment with a focus on delivering comprehensive patient care and technical support to physicians.Key Responsibilities:Assist physicians during minimally invasive procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and thrombolysis using imaging guidance.Perform imaging on the heart and blood vessels to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.Prepare patients for procedures and provide thorough patient education.Manage approximately 3 labs and support 10-12 outpatient procedures daily.Utilize equipment including Phillips X-Ray and Merge Hemo for procedure charting.Float to the Cath Lab if dual-trained, enhancing unit flexibility.Participate in on-call rotations on weekdays and every 3rd to 4th weekend; no regular weekend or holiday shifts unless on call.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an IR Lab; additional Cath Lab experience preferred.Valid ARRT certification and BLS certification required; RCIS certification not accepted.Ohio Radiologic Technologist license required.Ability to navigate electronic medical records systems including Meditech and Merge Hemo.Must be willing to work variable AM shifts Monday through Friday, with options for 5x8 or 4x10 schedules.Location InsightMarietta, OH:Marietta is a charming city located at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers, offering scenic beauty and historic sites.
