ICU RN - Tillamook, Oregon

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICU setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with evidence-based protocols
• Monitor vital signs, initiate interventions, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced nursing procedures
• Prioritize patient safety and infection control at all times
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Accurately document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses
