The Senior Salesforce Administrator owns the health, scalability, and business value of our Salesforce platform. You’ll partner with business and technical teams to translate objectives into scalable architectures, drive roadmap execution, and deliver reliable, high-adoption solutions that improve revenue operations, service delivery, and decision-making. This is an onsite position based out of our Temple, TX corporate office.

- Advanced Administration & Light Dev – Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, Profiles/Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Flows, and assignment rules; author lightweight Apex/Lightning fixes when configuration alone won’t scale (e.g., orchestration, complex CPQ rules, callable actions).

- Field Service & Service Operations – Administer Field Service data models (Work Orders, Appointments, Resources, etc..).
- Data Quality & Governance – Define standards for master data (accounts, contacts, products, etc..); implement dedupe, validation, and stewardship processes; manage Large Data Volumes and Bulk API operations.
- Integrations & Interoperability – Coordinate and support integrations with ERP’s (e.g., NetSuite/SAP/Syspro), telephony/communications, marketing, and data platforms.
- Release & Change Management – Run structured release cycles across sandboxes; implement DevOps best practices (version control, change sets/CI), regression testing, and post-release monitoring.
- Security & Compliance – Manage Roles, Sharing, and Audit Trail where applicable.
- Enablement & Adoption – Build admin-quality documentation, SOPs, and training; mentor junior admins/analysts; champion UX simplicity and measurable adoption.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Core Experience – 10 years administering Salesforce across multiple clouds (Sales, Service), with hands-on Field Service and CPQ/RC experience; proven track record in complex orgs (multi-BU, integrations, etc..).
- Certifications – Salesforce Administrator (required). Strong plus: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder; CPQ Specialist and/or Field Service certifications preferred.
- Expert in Flows/Automation and security model; comfortable with Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Components, and SOQL when needed to achieve scale.
- Experience administering and coordinating integrations with ERP and data tools.
- Data Stewardship – Master data design, deduplication, Bulk API, and migration tooling (Data Loader/Workbench); comfort with product/catalog/pricing structures.
- Agile experience a plus. Experience and success with release/change management best practices; excellent documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel for data prep/QA), Azure DevOps or similar.
