The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring Sunbelt Solomon’s plumbing, building, and grounds maintenance is operating efficiently to conduct daily operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift.
- Completes work orders, facility assignments as directed.
- Assists with plumbing, building and grounds maintenance.
- Complete construction tasks such as roof repair and office renovations.
- Follow all environmental specifications for the area.
- HS Diploma, required.
- 1-3 years previous shop/manufacturing/mechanical knowledge, required.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting, preferred.
- Heavy experience utilizing shop tools for projects, required.
- Ability to MIG weld, required.
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload.
- A dependable and strong work-ethic; works safely.
- Professional language and conduct at all times.
