The Digital Marketing Manager drives the strategy, execution, and optimization of Sunbelt Solomon’s digital presence across channels—owning the brand experience from awareness through lead generation. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic insight, ensuring every campaign and platform supports the company’s mission to deliver Full Lifecycle Power Solutions and reinforces our people-first brand identity. his hybrid role requires working onsite at our Temple, TX office at least three days per week, with the remaining days available for remote work. The ideal candidate is well-suited to a hybrid schedule that prioritizes regular in-office participation and cross-functional teamwork.
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and manage the digital marketing roadmap aligned to overall brand and business objectives.
- Manage and develop the Marketing Analyst.
- Translate lifecycle sales goals and service priorities into actionable digital programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, HR, operations to unify messaging and brands.
Campaign Development
- Plan, build, and deploy integrated campaigns (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, social, and digital content).
- Manage digital advertising budgets, track ROI, and continually optimize spend and performance.
- Oversee creative alignment across digital assets—landing pages, display ads, emails, and automation workflows.
- Build A/B tests and CRM segmentations (Salesforce & Hubspot) Trickle campaigns.
Website & UX
- Manage ongoing enhancements to the company websites.
- Collaborate with UX and programming partners to improve user flow, navigation, and conversion funnels.
Content & Brand
- Curate and create copy and visual assets for digital campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and quality across all channels.
- Coordinate with video and creative partners to develop digital storytelling assets.
Analytics & Optimization
- Partner with marketing analysts to monitor dashboards and translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Report on KPIs: lead generation, conversion, engagement, web traffic, and SEO performance.
- Manage tracking pixels, UTMs, and CRM/marketing-automation integrations to ensure accurate data capture.
Work Location
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-office and remote work. To support strong collaboration and team connection, you’ll be expected to work onsite at our Temple, TX office at least three days per week. The remaining days can be remote, offering flexibility while still keeping everyone aligned and engaged.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B services setting.
- 2 years of experience in a manager role.
- Proven track record in executing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and SalesForce.
- Strong creative and communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
