You'll speakwith homeowners already in our customer and prospect database. Your job is to create interest, ask the right questions, overcome objections, handle rejections, and ultimately set a quality appointment for our sales team.
You aren't selling the project.
You're selling the appointment.
And the best people on our team can earn $1,100–$3,000 per week.
This Is Phone Sales — Not Customer Service
If you're looking for a position where you simply answer questions, read a script, and wait for easy calls, this isn't it.
Some customers will be interested.
Some will say "I'm not interested."
Some will have objections.
Your job is to know what to do next.
We're training our team in advanced, question-based phone-sales techniques, including Jeremy Miner's NEPQ methodology, to help our representatives become better at discovery, tonality, objection handling, emotional control, and creating interest without relying on high-pressure tactics.
We're looking for people who want to master the phone, not just work one.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing customers, prospects, and leads — no true cold calling
- Re-engage homeowners who previously expressed interest
- Build interest in our home-improvement services
- Handle objections professionally
- Work through initial resistance without becoming pushy
- Handle rejection and confidently move to the next opportunity
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and information in our CRM
- Participate in sales training, coaching, role-play, and call reviews

Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, call centers, telemarketing, home improvement, automotive sales, insurance, real estate, fitness sales, or other performance-driven sales environments can be a strong fit.
Sales experience is valuable, but drive, coachability, communication skills, and the ability to perform matter more.
Compensation includes:
- Base pay
- Performance bonuses
- Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
Location: On-site position in St. Petersburg, Florida.
