This role is designed as a management development position where you’ll learn the business from the ground up while developing the skills needed to lead your own team.
You’ll work directly with experienced leaders while learning:
- Sales fundamentals
- Team leadership
- Performance tracking

- Recruiting and developing talent
- Base Pay Commission

What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors and generate appointments for homeowners
- Introduce homeowners to impact windows, doors, and Tex-Cote lifetime exterior coating
- Lead by example—your work ethic sets the tone for the team
- Learn to Train and motivate your team to reach performance goals
- Learn Sunbelt’s proven sales and leadership systems
