We are a fashion accessories wholesale / distributor currently seeking Administrative Office Assistant. Looking for someone with high energy and great people skills. Must be self motivated and responsible. Must be able to handle the workload in a fast paced environment.
Job Duties:
Replying emails and provide customer service
Generates and processes sales orders
Organize and maintains files and data records
Assist office manager and sales representative
basic office duties
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Must be organized and able to multi-task , experience Quickbooks is a plus
