Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Accounting Channel (Contract Role)

Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT

Position Overview
The Customer Marketing, Accountant Channel team is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor) who excels in organization, optimization, and end-to-end campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-impact customer growth programs, supporting field marketing initiatives, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, promotions, and operational support
- 1–2 years of field marketing experience or strong working knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach
- Proven project management, time management, and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively surface insights and recommendations
- Experience collaborating across creative, sales, product, and leadership teams
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Must be within commuting distance of San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email experience required) to drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention
- Manage the execution of customer field events, partnering closely with the Sales and Events teams to coordinate logistics and deliver exceptional experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to oversee program components including content, design, lead flows, landing pages, and routing
- Track and report on campaign performance, using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms to surface insights and optimization opportunities
- Ensure accurate lead flow management, including routing, attribution, and data quality
- Partner with leadership to support budget planning, goal setting, and ROI measurement
