Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and filing systems
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed
- Prepare and compile reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to support additional tasks and projects
- Ensure clear and professional communication with coworkers and stakeholders
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2β3 years of experience in an office clerk or administrative role preferred
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
