The Manager in Training (MIT) program is an entry-level leadership opportunity designed to develop future hospitality leaders through hands-on, rotational experience. This 18-month program includes three approximately six-month rotations within the Hospitality Division, including Hotel Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping. Participants gain exposure to daily operations, team leadership, and guest service excellence while developing foundational management skills. This position begins June 1, 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Support department managers in maintaining service, quality, and operational standards

Assist with staff training, onboarding, and day-to-day supervision

Promote effective communication between shifts and departments

Lead by example and reinforce a positive, service-focused team culture

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed

Recommend service and process improvements to enhance guest experience

Participate in department meetings and operational planning

Assist in covering manager duties as needed during absences

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Four-year degree preferred; equivalent hospitality or related experience considered

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Ability to motivate, coach, and work collaboratively with diverse teams

Desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a hospitality leadership role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
