What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gun Club Clubhouse Attendant position at Sun Valley Resort?
The Sun Valley Resort Gun Club is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant to provide the highest level of customer service while adhering to range safety procedures and maintaining a set standard of clubhouse cleanliness and maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with each guest entering and departing the facility.
- Perform office and clerical duties about data entry, reservations, and memberships.
- Know and follow emergency response plans when required.
- Maintain productive relationships with established customers, providing the highest customer service.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of range facilities.
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and pleasant manner, direct the caller to the appropriate department, inquire about the guest's needs, and respond appropriately.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and has all needed guest service supplies available.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Regularly on feet all day walking, kneeling, and crouching, climbing a ladder/stairs
- Can safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
