Sales Manager

Sun Up Zero Down is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of four years Solar Sales Management experience preferably with a pipeline of potential customers ready to go solar. This candidate will have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in our highly successful and rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Consistently recruit, train, and help build on to existing sales and residential canvassing teams to work under your supervision and tutelage.
• Participate in ride alongs with sales reps throughout the week to ensure the sales process and proposals are up to par with company standards.
• Host daily meetings with sales and canvassing teams.
• Check in with sales reps throughout the day, before during and after each appointment
• Help close deals and grow sales
• Prepare weekly feedback and forecast reports to review with management team
• Participate in weekly meeting/teleconference with Operations Manager and Director of Sales

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3 years Sales Management experience is a must

Required Education: Bachelor's or higher preferred but not required

Salary: $75,000 plus a scaling percentage of company sales. If you are successful, there is unlimited earning and growth potential.
