About The Role
Were seeking a skilled **Electrical Engineer** to support equipment reliability, automation, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This role designs and troubleshoots electrical systems, supports new equipment installations, and ensures compliance with safety and electrical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems, equipment, and control panels for manufacturing operations.
Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot electrical issues on production equipment, PLCs, drives, sensors, and automation systems.
Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and electrical upgrades.
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
Manage electrical projects, including scope, timelines, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance planning for electrical systems.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Proficiency with PLC programming (AllenBradley, Siemens, or similar).
Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors, VFDs, sensors, and control systems.
Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar).
Understanding of electrical codes and safety standards (NEC, NFPA 70E).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
