What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our client base, offering direct support and service, and ensuring the product exceeds client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue, build lasting relationships, and advance your career goals!
Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospect for new business via telephone, email, CRM tools, and networking events in both public and private sectors.
- Nurture inbound and outbound leads and partner with Marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business objectives, promote service offerings, and advocate compelling value propositions.
- Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Manage complex sales cycles using a consultative solution-selling approach.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Correspond and meet with current and prospective customers.
- Develop strong business relationships with new customers by contributing to their brand image and communication goals, thereby increasing their sales and profitability.
- Provide customers with exceptional “white glove” service.
- Collaborate with Marketing, customer success, and field sales teams to maximize results.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding progress towards goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of print industry sales experience.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Competence with Google Workspace and CRM software, such as Hubspot and other digital tools.
- An understanding of offset and digital printing, direct mail, and packaging.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining a book of business.
- Driven, self-motivated, and an innovative problem-solver.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
