SUMMARY: The Box Office worker staffs the Box Office in District Performing Arts Centers. These positions provide the highest level of customer service to PAC patrons and handle problems as they arise while ensuring a positive resolution. Hours are assigned based on PAC need and worker availability.

Box Office
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the Box Office opening. Box Office opens 1 hour before the event start time.
- Sell tickets at the Box Office using PAC ticketing software.
- Print and distribute Will Call tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing a wide variety of information in a helpful and professional manner.
- Escalate safety concerns to PAC Manager on Duty or Theater Event Manager (House Manager).
Education and Experience
- Sufficient customer service, box office, or sales experience to perform the above duties with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills
- Effective punctuality, time-management, organizational, and accountability skills
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and calmly
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with broad range of users from novice users to professional theatre technicians
