Responsibilities:

 

                  1.              Generate leads through various channels such as door knocking, events, and referrals.

                  2.              Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and assess their suitability for solar solutions.

                  3.              Provide comprehensive information about solar products, benefits, and financing options to prospective clients.

                  4.              Conduct site visits to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations and provide accurate quotes.

                  5.              Develop customized solar proposals tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of each client.

                  6.              Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

                  7.              Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth installation and activation of solar systems.

                  8.              Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers, and track sales activities using CRM software.

                  9.              Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in solar energy.

                  10.           Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

 

Qualifications:

 

                  1.              Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

                  2.              Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

                  3.              Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and their components is preferred but not required.

                  4.              Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

                  5.              Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

                  6.              Must have reliable transportation for conducting site visits and meetings with clients.

                  7.              Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm or as needed.

                  8.              Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

                  9.              Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.

                  11.           Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

                  12.           Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the solar industry.

                  13.           Passion for environmental sustainability and promoting renewable energy solutions.

Sales Consultant 

Salary : $40,000 - $150,000
