Job Summary:

The Content Creator / Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in bringing the Sun Mountain marketing strategy to life through consistent, detail-driven execution. This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of Sun Mountain’s marketing efforts, with a primary focus on content creation and social media. This role will help bring the brand to life through product-focused content, while also supporting key marketing operations, including planning, reporting, product seeding, and campaign execution.

This position requires someone who is comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it, capable of creating engaging content that showcases product features, usage, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to contribute across multiple areas of the marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of golf—how it’s played, how gear is used, and what matters to the golfer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

·        Create photo and video content for social media, email, and digital marketing channels

·        Appear on camera to demonstrate products, highlight features, and tell product stories

·        Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars

·        Capture content at photoshoots, events, and on-course settings

·        Edit content for use across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Product & Campaign Support

·        Assist in product seeding efforts, including packing and shipping influencer and media kits

·        Help coordinate product for photoshoots, campaigns, and events

·        Support campaign launches with content creation and execution

·        Maintain organization of product samples and marketing inventory

·        Partner closely across product, sales, and marketing functions

Marketing Operations

·        Support day-to-day marketing team needs across campaigns, shoots, and activations

·        Assist with event preparation and logistics (PGA Show, photoshoots, athlete activations, etc.)

·        Maintain and organize digital asset libraries

·        Manage marketing calendar and partner with agencies to coordinate timelines

·        Track campaign results and ROI and identify opportunities for optimization

·        Perform other duties assigned by the marketing team

Required Skills/Abilities:

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field

·        Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals

·        Photography and video production experience

·        Strong organizational and project management skills

·        Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

·        Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft office and photo/video editing software

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills
