Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Analyst to support and enhance Workday Financials applications. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday Financial Management modules and experience gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Workday Financials Certification (Required)
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Financial Analyst.
- Strong experience with Workday Financial Management modules, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Procurement
- Expenses
- Asset Management
- Experience with Workday configuration, business process design, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
- Experience supporting Workday upgrades and releases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Workday certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
- Support testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Location Requirement
- Must be able to work in Tampa, FL (onsite/hybrid as required).
