Location: Portland, OR
Compensation: Base Salary Commission | $100,000 - $200,000 Annual Earnings Potential

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients
- Sell HVAC maintenance agreements and service solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Participate in competitive bid and design-build opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong self-management and prospecting skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
- HVAC, mechanical, or building services industry background
- Experience with estimating, bidding, or mechanical design
