Location: Portland, OR
Compensation: Base Salary Commission | Expected First-Year Earnings: $150,000-$250,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial HVAC opportunities with contractors, builders, and business owners
- Design practical, energy-efficient HVAC solutions for commercial projects
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Perform site evaluations and gather field information
- Create equipment selections, conceptual layouts, and system designs using industry software
- Prepare accurate proposals, budgets, and bid packages
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure a smooth transition from estimating through project completion
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial HVAC estimating experience
- 3 years of commercial HVAC design or project engineering experience
- Experience preparing competitive commercial bid proposals
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, or similar software
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and mechanical plans
- Experience with load calculations, equipment sizing, duct design, and mechanical codes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
