Job Summary
District Sales Representatives sell new, pre-owned and brokered homes in a specified district of manufactured housing communities. They show, advertise and market homes, prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.
Job Duties
- Show prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the district. (Essential)
- Coordinate model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture). (Essential)
- Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program (LPP), including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing, renewals and LPP sale conversions. (Essential)
- Request closing packages and perform closings. (Essential)
- Advertise and market homes for sale in the district. (Essential)
- Collaborate with Community Managers to select sites and prioritize site preparation for model homes.
- Inspect and recommend purchase of pre-owned or repossessed homes.
- Review and authorize invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales.
- Coordinate open house planning with Community Managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2 years in in sales, preferably in the real estate industry (Required)
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
