Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Plant Services Team
- Creates weekly/monthly customer cost reports
- Timekeeper tasks- track driver hours, travel time, and truck hours during turnarounds
- Cross train in billing and customer service
- Setup and maintain SAP notes
- Maintain Group Spreadsheets
- Organize turnaround meetings with necessary internal departments
- Monitor and follow up on paperwork email correspondence
- Communicate effectively with industrial sales representatives and management
- Research to resolve billing issues
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment
- Must be local (Live within 60 miles)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and effective time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in the industrial industry
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- SAP Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of prior billing experience
