Youth Haven Services is looking for a motivated and compassionate Program Manager to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) team. What You'll Do
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Lead and support the IIH team by communicating program goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Onboard, train, coach, and develop employees while supporting their continued professional growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews while providing timely, constructive feedback.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on engagement, collaboration, accountability, and success.
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, workloads, and overall team functioning.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for leadership.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that increase efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, applicable laws, safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Address workplace concerns and resolve conflicts fairly, promptly, and professionally.
- Attend team meetings, reinforce effective meeting structure, and ensure appropriate documentation.
- Review caseload records and conduct monthly mini audits to support quality and compliance.
- Identify training and support needs and assist with targeted coaching and corrective-action plans when needed.
- Respond to client concerns and ensure appropriate follow-through.
- Collaborate with leadership, other departments, and community stakeholders to support organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications Include
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
- At least two years of management experience
- Experience working with the population served is preferred
- Knowledge of Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and electronic health record skills
- Ability to build productive professional relationships
- Sound judgment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to make responsible decisions
