The Paraprofessional provides support to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges in residential, school, workplace, and community settings. This role delivers strength-based interventions and activities designed to promote recovery, reduce symptoms, enhance coping skills, and help individuals achieve their highest level of functioning within the community.

• Provide direct support and intervention services in residential, school, workplace, and community environments.
• Implement strength-based activities that encourage recovery and wellness.
• Support symptom reduction and development of effective coping strategies.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
• Maintain professional documentation and communication as required.
• Transport and accompany clients in the community when appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Two (2) years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree supervised experience in mental health services.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive within the community.
• Commitment to person-centered, recovery-focused care.
