Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative support to our office and program teams while helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting office functions, coordinating communication, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency with standard office equipment and software. Administrative Assistants interact with clients, team members, and community partners, making professionalism and customer service essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to office and program personnel
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers professionally
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards
- Assist with intake documentation, data entry, and file organization
- Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external agencies, including Social Services and Mental Health partners
- Support daily office operations and perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma
- One (1) year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
