Compensation
$60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience

✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Prior experience as a Service Advisor highly preferred but not required
✔ Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a process-driven environment
✔ Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
✔ Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays (but never Sundays!)

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the shop—connecting customers with solutions and ensuring their vehicles stay safe and reliable.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting customers in person and by phone using our professional standards
- Listening carefully to customer concerns and thoroughly documenting their needs
- Reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, and verifying repair requirements
- Recommending products and services confidently and clearly
- Accurately preparing quotes, timelines, and repair orders
- Communicating status updates throughout the day
- Reviewing completed work, explaining warranties, and handling checkout
- Following up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfaction
- Tracking all returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customer
- Supporting the team with other duties as needed
