Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead on-site execution of industrial construction projects.

This is a field-driven role responsible for managing subcontractors, driving schedules, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate is experienced in fast-paced construction environments and comfortable taking ownership of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Drive project schedule and ensure milestones are met
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and conflicts
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams
• Oversee RFI, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards
• Enforce safety requirements and site regulations

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction project management or field leadership experience
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and on-site execution
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven job sites
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to work full-time on-site
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale projects
• Experience with MEP systems, utilities, or process systems
• Familiar with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments
• Background in solar, battery, or advanced manufacturing facilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
