Role Overview

As a B2B Sales Consultant, you will build and manage your own pipeline of small business clients. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and opening deals, working closely with our closing team to bring value to every client interaction. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who thrive on independence and control over their income.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
• Qualifying prospects and scheduling consultations for the closing team
• Managing your pipeline using the provided CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Maintaining consistent daily activity and accountability
• Building a long-term book of business with the potential to recruit and earn override income

Qualifications and Requirements

Required

• Active Life Insurance License (Life and Health preferred) or willingness to obtain one
• U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license
• Clean record with no felony convictions
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and maintain discipline without micromanagement
• Entrepreneurial mindset with success in commission-only environments

Preferred

• Two or more years of B2B or insurance sales experience
• Experience using CRMs such as GoHighLevel or Salesforce
• Strong presentation and communication skills
