What You'll Do
- Open and close the office each business day.
- Manage the daily operations of the branch office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Prepare, package, and ship client closing gifts.
- Keep the office organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and document management.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, Realtors, and community partners.
- Help coordinate community events and networking opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and business partners.
- Support the loan team with administrative duties as needed.
