What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service or sales appointments
- Ask the right questions, listen with care, and guide the customer
- Accurately enter customer data, job notes, and scheduling preferences
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or next steps
- Coordinate with techs and department heads to resolve issues fast
- Be a calm, professional voice — no matter how the day is going
Location: Holliston, MA
On-Site Position
Start Date: As soon as you’re ready
