What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Harr Toyota Inc?
Harr Motor Group is seeking Customer Care Representatives for our Business Development Sales Department. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred.) Experience is preferred, but willing to train the correct person(s)
Duties and Responsibilities
Make 100 phone calls per day for customer follow-up.
Book appointments for the sales departments daily.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Take accurate and thorough notes in CRM
Promptly respond to internet leads within a 15 minute or less.
Accurately record vehicle and customer data in computer systems
Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 hourly plus monthly bonus
