SummitWest Care is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a true PRN home health role. This position is based entirely on client need.
Some weeks may offer consistent visits. Other times, there may be little to no work depending on referrals. This role is ideal for SLPs who already balance multiple roles and want flexible, meaningful work without guaranteed hours.

- Self‑directed and organized clinicians
- Calm, steady, and compassionate professionals in imperfect environments
- Clear communicators with strong documentation
- Provide speech therapy services in patients' homes
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers
- Educate patients and families
- Communicate changes or concerns clearly
- Complete timely documentation in our EMR (training provided)

- Active Colorado SLP license
- CCC‑SLP preferred, not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
