SOLO DRIVER PAY

• 4 years exp.: 57¢/mile Avg. 2800 miles/week (~$1,500−$1,600/week)

• 2-4 years exp.: 52¢/mile Avg. 2800 miles/week (~$1,350−$1,450/week)

• 5¢/mile for Hazmat/Tanker/Reefer (optional)

• Holiday pay Vacation pay: $500/week (1 week after 6 months!)

• Per diem (11¢/mile untaxed!) – More cash in your pocket!

TEAM DRIVERS – BIG MONEY!

• 4 years exp.: 75¢/mile (or 85¢/mile w/ Hazmat/Tanker)

• Under 4 years exp.: 70¢/mile (or 80¢/mile w/ Hazmat/Tanker)

• Avg. 6,000 miles/week = ($4,800/week per truck -$2,400 per driver!)

• Holiday pay ($300/day) Vacation pays $300.00/day (1 week/90 days, 2 weeks/1 year, 3 weeks/2 years)

HOME TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU

• Home 4 nights/week if you live near: Louisville, Cincy, Indy, Chicago, Nashville, or Columbus, OH • Other areas? weekly or 2-3 weeks out, then home for 3-5 days. (No NYC—we stay clear of that mess!)

OWNER OPS? WE’VE GOT YOU TOO!

• $1.50/mile loaded; $1.00/mile empty

Requirements:

• Meets the minimum qualifications set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

• Meets the Summitt Trucking job qualification guidelines

• Able to work 70 hours in 8 days

• Able to work 14 hours per day

• Able to sit and drive for an aggregate limit up to 11 hours per day

• Able to check truck and engine fluids by climbing up onto frame and tires

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds

• Able to push and pull levers, handles, doors, binders, and cargo with a force of up to 100 pounds

• Complies with all Company policies, programs, procedures, and processes by meeting the standards and requirements of each

• Complies with all DOT and other government regulations

• Ability to haul commodities including alcohol, tobacco, and meat including pork products

• Properly completes, protects, and presents all required paperwork and documents in the required timeframes

• Able to work irregular work schedules in a variety of environments including adverse weather, hot or cold temperatures, noisy conditions, bumpy roadways, traffic congested roadways, work zones, etc.

• Able to adequately handle the stress of tight schedules, delays en route and at customers, short notice of assignments, and road congestion, etc.

• Inspects and identifies any safety defects on tractors and trailers and properly records all required information on Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR)

• Properly communicates with Management concerning accidents, incidents, delays, inclement weather, breakdowns, or other emergencies
