SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day production, and hands on knowledge, of the Vendor Management staff. Duties include making certain the current pipeline is being administered properly and that company policies and philosophies are supported, gaps in process are identified and that changes are implemented to encourage company growth.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Able to review and examine title commitment for title issues/defects.
- Able to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely.
- Oversee national fulfillment center needs across platforms.
- Able to Identify negative trends associated with product delivery.
- Manages production workloads and proper daily queue/file allocation.
- Maintaining issue and customer/client complaint records.
COMPETENCIES:
- Resware software experience required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in similar management position. REO, Vendor Management, Abstract Vetting, and Title Exam/Review and Clearance experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends, as necessary.
- Experienced in managing teams of 10 to 12 with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Form 1003, Pre-Hud, Title and ICLS Documents, Title Commitment documents, tax certifications, real estate closing, property tax information, HUD-1 Settlement statements, and Closing Disclosures.
