Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Product Owner is a self-starting Product Owner who can create and drive technology initiatives that create an unparalleled user experience for our customers. This person will be tasked with understanding the partner ecosystem and develop solutions that drive loyalty and opportunities to grow our market share.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Own the roadmap, deployment, and effectiveness of products and solutions built on the Salesforce platform and used by Business partner managers.
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for productivity, automation, improved customer experience, and risk reduction.
Present written recommendations, requirements, and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders, facilitating prioritization and influencing the roadmap.
Implement and apply Product management best practices across large, complex solutions.
Align closely with Salesforce development, UX/UI, and administration teams to ensure new processes or process changes are critical, relevant, understood, and supported.
Develop business and system requirements interfacing with customers at all levels, gathering requirements and feedback with a well-rounded technical background.
Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams as well as client expectations, building consensus for successful product and program delivery.
Deal with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines.
Balance business needs versus technical and operational constraints.
Provide excellent end-user documentation and training on the tools developed.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.
Education, Training, Certifications:
High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
Experience leading Agile ceremonies.
Experience balancing challenging priorities.
Knowledge of SQL & Power BI a plus.
Communication Skills:
Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
Systems and Software Skills:
10+ years of Salesforce experience i.e. Sales Cloud experience, preferred.
10+ years working in an Agile environment.
Other Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Must be able to comply with SFPH’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
Occasional travel required, up to 20%.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods. Employee will occasionally be required to bend, kneel, balance, lift <20lb, walk, stand, ascend/descend stairs, drive, twist, and reach above and below shoulders.
Work Environment:
Employee will consistently be required to work indoors in an office setting, work alone and with others. Office settings are mild to moderate temperatures.
