We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. ennsure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or RealPage for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property management.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell available properties.
- Maintain accurate records of property financials, including rent collections and expenses.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repair requests promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs and Section 8 housing regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is preferred.
- Experience in legal administrative tasks related to property management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques to resolve tenant disputes effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts.
- Background in real estate administrative functions is beneficial.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices to ensure efficient property operations.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining organized filing systems.
