JMP Office Technologies has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician for our Sacramento, CA branch to support our growing customer base. As a Field Service Technician for JMP, your primary responsibility will be the installation, training, support and repair of office and production mailing machines, inserters and other document handling hardware and software at our customer’s locations.

JMP is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated professionals who possess the following essential qualifications:
- A.S. in a technical related area or equivalent experience preferred.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment utilizing technical manuals, diagrams, schematics and use of conventional tools, diagnostics and test equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a field service, or technical support environment preferred.
- Experience in the office equipment, mailing machine, copier, logistics applications, and/or document handling industries is desirable.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, on premise and cloud-based software systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up-to 70 lbs.
