Summit Technology Affiliates is seeking a Customer Care / Service Dispatch Coordinatorto serve as a key communication hub for our service operations and customer support team.

This role supports daily business operations by managing incoming customer calls, coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and assisting with administrative duties. The position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously.

The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, enjoys helping customers, and has the ability to coordinate schedules and information between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

· Answer and manage incoming service calls from customers and vendors

· Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments, confirm visits, and provide updates

· Create, update, and manage service tickets in internal systems

· Schedule and dispatch technicians based on geography, urgency, and technician availability

· Optimize technician routes with attention to travel time and territory coverage

· Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedule updates and service needs

· Participate in daily coordination meetings with Service Managers to align schedules and priorities

· Track scheduling activity and service metrics using Excel and internal systems

· Assist in resolving customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary

· Support service, administrative, and operational teams with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems, CRM software, or office systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
