Where You Come In
As our Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you’ll lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution across a growing multi-site operation. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role — based in either our Atlanta or Charlotte office — with direct reports across our manufacturing locations.
We’re looking for a confident, strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll help simplify complex processes, build systems that scale, and drive accountability across the supply chain.
What You’ll Do
Procurement & Sourcing
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
- Manage purchasing of raw materials and components to meet production needs.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations.
- Lead forecasting and planning processes to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee the movement of goods across inbound and outbound channels.
- Ensure delivery timelines are met and products arrive damage-free.
Warehouse Operations
- Partner with warehouse teams to improve layout, flow, and space utilization.
- Support safety initiatives and best practices in all storage environments.
Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting
- Use data to identify gaps, drive improvements, and monitor KPIs.
- Report regularly on supply chain health and performance to leadership.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot disruptions, delays, or quality concerns quickly and effectively.
- Champion lean processes and operational efficiency at every level.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate across operations, production, sales, and leadership.
- Manage and develop supply chain team members across multiple locations.
What You Bring
- 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics
- Experience working with both domestic and international suppliers
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments, preferably in building materials
- Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, forecasting, and reporting tools
- Skilled communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings
- A people-first leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and results
Pay & Schedule
- Salary based on experience and market, with bonus potential
- Full-time, in-office role based in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC
- Occasional travel required to support cross-site operations and team leadership
