Where You Come In
As an Order Entry Specialist, you will support daily operations by accurately entering customer orders and coordinating vendor scheduling activities in NetSuite. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, field teams, and trade partners to ensure orders are processed efficiently and schedules remain aligned with production capacity and project timelines.
What You’ll Do
- Enter customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently into NetSuite
- Coordinate and prioritize vendor and resource schedules to support field operations
- Maintain and update trade partner portals and scheduling systems
- Provide real-time support to field teams for reschedules or adjustments
- Monitor schedules and communicate delays or conflicts to appropriate teams
- Collaborate with trade partners to verify capacity and prevent scheduling bottlenecks
- Utilize NetSuite to manage order flow, scheduling, and reporting
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/order management systems preferred
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer-focused approach when working with internal teams and trade partners
- Basic understanding of construction scheduling and how project tasks interact
