Office Manager, Outpt Therapy

This role requires administrative experience in a medical or dental setting with direct reports.

As Office Manager/Dir you will:

• Oversee and participate in scheduling, billing, front office staff & others to ensure company profitability.

• Assist families and therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments 

• Maintain company standards, by enforcing our attendance policies.
• Support Office staff through training and ongoing communication.

• Lead weekly meetings with administrative staff

• Handle incoming faxes and communication from other offices and payor sources
• Communicate with care to all families; treating them with kindness & compassion.
• Communicate well with other departments to gather information inside and outside of Summit Therapy.
• Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Administrative Staff.
• Prepare for & conduct orientation of new staff with Clinical Dir and Asst Clinical Director.
• Create policies & procedures & ensure they are being enforced throughout administrative staff.
• Utilize many established websites, software systems and portals to obtain information to perform job duties.
• Attend trainings and meetings set by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner.
• Assume other projects and responsibilities as assigned by my supervisor

• Ensure families are greeted at the front window and phones are answered with care.
• Ensure our clinics are neat and tidy, and in good repair. Communicate facility repairs or needs to CEO/Owner.
• Ensure the profitability by managing therapy schedules

• Actively communicate by email through Google Suites and Monday.com.

• Utilize our payroll system to report time worked and request time off.
• Abide by all company Policies & Procedures.
