WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this field-based role, you will work directly with homeowners navigating storm restoration and roofing needs. This is a relationship-driven position where professionalism, communication, and follow-through matter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with homeowners in areas impacted by recent storms
- Conducting roof inspections and documenting property damage
- Helping customers understand the insurance restoration process
- Managing customer relationships and active projects from start to finish
You will receive ongoing mentorship, practical field training, and support from experienced team leaders.

EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT
- First Year Representatives: $50,000-$80,000
- Experienced Representatives: $80,000-$150,000
- Top Performers: $150,000-$250,000 annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission opportunities. Advancement is based on consistency, leadership, and results.
