For more than 25 years, Maple Leaf has served the North Atlanta community with turf, pest, termite, mosquito, and wildlife services. We are independently owned and operate with a long term mindset focused on customers, employees, and sustainable growth.
We are now building a dedicated outside sales division to support expansion into additional North Atlanta markets over the next two to three years.

- Comprehensive Services: Multiple service lines allow you to provide complete property solutions.
- Structured Support: Formal onboarding, field shadowing, knowledge base tools, and ongoing coaching.
- Internal Advancement: Future team leads, sales managers, and district leaders will be developed from this group.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a professional role working directly with homeowners and small businesses. You will represent a respected local brand while educating clients on long term solutions.
- Conduct in person consultations to assess property needs
- Present turf and pest solutions with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain organized follow-up to build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with specialists and leadership to ensure customer success
Your role is to solve problems, not pressure people.
COMPENSATION AND DEVELOPMENT
- $8,000 to $10,000 in monthly revenue early on
- $15,000 to $20,000 monthly revenue as you build momentum
- $250,000 annual revenue is a strong target
- Top performers can exceed $300,000 annually
Additional incentives include seasonal bonuses, leaderboard rewards, and service-specific promotions.
