Seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team for local field work in the Cincinnati area. This position involves fitting carbon and stainless steel piping for a variety of industrial and commercial projects. Pipefitter Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, cut, prep, and fit carbon and stainless steel pipe
- Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and job specifications
- Collaborate with welders to ensure precise fit-up for welding procedures
- Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, torches, and pipe benders
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations
Pipefitter Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pipefitter in industrial or commercial environments
- Expertise in fitting both carbon and stainless steel piping
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and layout
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and techniques
- Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in Cincinnati
- OSHA 10 certification required
