Flatwork Foreman

Summit Siteworks is looking for foremen with a good work ethic, who can be self-motivated and have a desire to grow in all aspects of life.

Employment Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and physical required by DOT
• Must have valid driver’s license that is acceptable to current insurer
• All employees are expected to arrive on the job site with no drugs or alcohol in their system
• Reliable transportation: ability to arrive on the job site by the given start time in a must
• Must clock into our electronic timecard system daily
• Must have hammer, tape, nail apron, steel toed boots and rubber overshoes
• Must be knowledgeable in all concrete finishing techniques

Job Duties

• Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete
• Must be able to read and follow blueprints
• Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
• Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner always
• Responsible for the crew efficiency
• Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner
• Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy
• Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
